Lauren BurgessTEAM LEAD | REALTOR®
Lauren Burgess is a Lake Country REALTOR® and Team Lead of Legacy Real Estate Group with Keller Williams Lake Oconee, specializing in luxury, lakefront, golf course, and new construction properties throughout Lake Oconee, Lake Sinclair, and the surrounding communities.
Originally from Watkinsville, Georgia, Lauren grew up with close ties to the Lake Oconee area and has watched the community evolve into one of Georgia’s most sought-after destinations. Today, she calls Lake Oconee home and also owns property on Lake Sinclair, giving her a unique understanding of the lifestyle, communities, and real estate opportunities across both lakes.
Lauren initially entered real estate with a strong connection to the building industry through her husband, a local luxury home builder. What began as a natural extension of their work together quickly became a successful career of her own. Her knowledge of new construction, luxury finishes, design, and the building process gives her clients an added level of expertise, whether they are purchasing a custom home, selling a luxury property, or searching for the perfect lakefront retreat.
Her approach to real estate is rooted in advocacy. Before becoming a REALTOR®, Lauren worked as a Crime Victim Advocate, an experience that shaped the way she represents her clients today. She believes exceptional representation means more than opening doors or putting a sign in the yard.. it means protecting her clients' interests, communicating honestly, negotiating confidently, and being willing to have the difficult conversations when necessary.
Lauren has built her business around relationships, results, and an intimate knowledge of Georgia's Lake Country. Her experience spans multimillion-dollar luxury homes, lakefront estates and lots, golf course properties, new construction, residential homes, land, and commercial real estate. Her career has included record-setting and notable transactions throughout the Lake Oconee and Lake Sinclair markets, along with more than $25 million in sales volume in 2025 alone.
As Team Lead of Legacy Real Estate Group, Lauren's goal is simple: provide the kind of representation clients remember long after the closing table. She combines elevated marketing and attention to detail with a straightforward, hands-on approach, understanding that every transaction represents more than a property, it represents someone's investment, lifestyle, and next chapter.
Outside of real estate, Lauren is a wife and, first and foremost, a boy mama. She loves traveling, spending time at the beach, getting lost in a good book, and has never met a great pair of cowgirl boots she didn't appreciate. Her family is at the center of everything she does, and the idea of building something meaningful for the future is ultimately what inspired the name Legacy.
For Lauren, real estate isn't simply about selling homes. It's about advocating for people, building relationships, understanding the lifestyle she represents, and helping her clients create a legacy of their own.

As a proud member of Legacy Real Estate Group at Keller Williams Lake Oconee, Sara Beck brings a true passion for Lake Oconee and the lifestyle that comes with calling it home. Born and raised at Lake Oconee, Sara grew up immersed in the community and spent much of her childhood on the lake. Her lifelong connection to the area gives her a unique perspective and genuine appreciation for the community she now has the privilege of serving.
Sara attended the University of Georgia, where she earned her degree in Real Estate from the Terry College of Business. After graduating, she returned home to Lake Oconee to begin her career in real estate and reconnect with the community she has always called home.
With several years of experience in the industry, Sara is committed to providing her clients with knowledgeable guidance, exceptional service, and a personalized experience from start to finish. Her local roots, education, and firsthand knowledge of the Lake Oconee area allow her to help buyers and sellers make confident decisions in a market she knows and loves.
When she’s not working with clients, Sara enjoys spending time with her family and making the most of the Lake Oconee lifestyle she has always known.
